- Proficient in both Bahasa and English, an added advantage if you\'re able to speak in Mandarin.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or any relevant field.
- Microsoft Office literate (Words, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Potential talent should have a self-starter attitude, willing to take on new challenges, and also exhibit the willingness to learn.
- Employment market savvy - knowledge of trends.
- Have a passion for dealing with people, and possess strong communication/ written skills.
- Open to fresh graduate.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Nusajaya/Ara Damansara
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
- Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
- Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.
