- Applicants with SPM qualifications or fresh graduates from Diploma/Degree.
- Proficient in English, and Traditional Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type)
- Have no issue to work on 24 hours\' rotational shift with 5 working days (9 hours per shift including 1-hour break time)
- Have no issue with being based at Subang Jaya Office, Selangor
- Able to start working on 14 August 2023
- Responsible for customer online consultation and answering questions, providing effective answers to customer consultation needs
- Maintain good communication and cooperation with relevant departments
- To exceed customers\' expectations in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Monthly Salary: RM 4,000 Basic + Up to RM 500 KPI Allowance + RM 20/day Transportation Allowance (10pm - 6am)
- 18 days of Annual leave, 14 days of Sick leave, 60 days of Hospitalization leave
