Requirements

• Possesses at least an SPM certificate.
• Good proficiency in Cantonese and Traditional Mandarin (Speak, Read, Type).
• Basic English is acceptable
• No issue to work on 24-hour rotational shift with 5 rotational working days (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break time)
• Able to join on 26th July 2023

• Ability to handle all inbound calls in regarding to customers\' inquiries / complaints / feedback related to travel booking platform services.
• Ready to assist customers to solve their problems and issues on time.
• Work in a team to achieve targeted KPI.

• Monthly Salary: RM 3,000 + Up to RM 300 KPI Allowance + Up to RM 700 Night Shift Allowance + OT Claim (min RM 10 per hour)
• 12 days oh Annual leaves + 12 days of Medical leaves + EPF + SOCSO
• Career advancement (internal promotion)

• 1 months of paid training will be provided
• Reachable by Ara Damansara LRT and Subang Jaya Komuter (FREE shuttle service is available)
