Requirements:1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree, preferably healthcare related. Fresh Graduates are welcome.2.Proficiency in both written and spoken Mandarin and English3.Strong responsibility and leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.4.Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and quality improvement.5.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.6.Results-driven organisational abilities, and a keen attention to detail.7.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint applications.8. Able to travel to Kuchai Lama Office, working house (Mon-Fri) 9am \xe2\x80\x93 6pm and alternate to Saturday. Scopes:1.Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations and related activities.2.Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and protocols to optimize efficiency and productivity.3.Providing support to medical and sales team.4.Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation.5.Monitor and evaluate administrative systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.6.Manage budgets, expenses, and financial records related to administrative operations.
