Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• A good command of Traditional Mandarin. (Speak, Read, Type)
• Basic English is acceptable.
• Must be able to work 24-hour rotational shifts, 5 rotational days per week (9 & \xc2\xbd hours/ shift & 1 & \xc2\xbd hour break) (Shift allowance is provided)
• Must be able to start work on 24th May 2023.
• Possess own transport and have no issue working at PJ Ara Damansara office.

Benefits

• Salary: RM3,000 Basic + Up to RM300 Shift Allowance + Up to RM400 KPI Allowance + Min RM10/ hour OT Claim (if any)
• RM5,000 JOINING BONUS (Separate into 2 payments term | RM2,500 will be paid at one shot after 3 months of completion and after 6 months for another Rm2,500)

Scopes:

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers with a demonstration of excellent customer service skills to meet and exceed customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs.
• Provide customer support using Mandarin / English language via phone, email, and live chat channels.
• Follow up and resolve customer complaints and problems and ensure its close to satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned.
