• Proficiency in Mandarin is a must to apply for this role.
• Have no issue to communicate in English and Bahasa for work purpose.
• Candidate must possess experience from similar industry (building materials for interior design, eg. tiles, backsplash, bathroom shower, sinks & more)
• Preferably candidate with minimum 1 year leading or managing a team experience in sales field.
• Possess own transport, and able to work on flexible schedule.
• Have no issue to travel within Johor Bahru for work.
• Have no issue to report to office based at Johor Jaya, Johor Bahru.
• Sales-driven, leadership and organizational abilities.

Tanggungjawab

• Research and establish new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services that fill business pipeline with prospects.
• Drive innovation for generation of ideas and business development opportunities.
• Work with customers to provide feedback to development teams for new content and products.
• Create business development strategies; Identify roadblocks and drive new business from conception through closure.
• Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
• Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior management.
• Strategize, plan, and execute sales and marketing initiatives to achieve company\'s targeted goals and increase market share.
• Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate.
• Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
• To execute other assignments assigned by the Management when required.

Manfaat

• Basic Salary: RM Up to RM 6,000 + Out of Office Claimable Allowance Up to RM 1,000
• EPF & SOCSO
• Annual Leave & Medical Leave
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am - 5:30pm); Alternate Saturday (8:30am - 1:00pm)

About the Company:

• The company provides offline to online construction/building renovation materials marketplace in Malaysia. They also offers for overstock inventories which the customers and sellers have wide range of varieties for the materials at a lower cost. They practice on reclaim and repurpose the renovation/building materials by reusing them.
