Minimum Qualification: SPM A prominent private college in Jalan Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking an outgoing and driven Roadshow Executive to join our team. This position is ideal for candidates with a minimum qualification of SPM who have a background in events, promotions, or a related field. While 1-3 years of experience is preferred, it is not required. The Roadshow Executive will play a key role in representing the college at various roadshows and promotional events, attracting prospective students and promoting our programs. Responsibilities:

• Represent the college at various roadshows, educational fairs, and promotional events, providing engaging and accurate information about our academic programs and offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing and event management teams to plan and execute successful roadshows, ensuring a professional and positive representation of the college.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, educational institutions, and industry partners, promoting the college\'s programs and fostering collaborative opportunities.
• Set up and manage roadshow booths, displays, and promotional materials, ensuring a visually appealing and organized presentation.
• Maintain accurate records of prospective student inquiries and follow-ups, sharing information with the college\'s admissions team for further engagement.
• Assess roadshow performance and gather feedback to improve future events and promotional activities.
• Assist in other marketing and event-related activities as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification of SPM; a diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in events, promotions, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Energetic and outgoing, with a passion for promoting education and helping students succeed.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional travel as needed for roadshows and promotional activities.
• Must be a Malaysian citizen.
