You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, design and implement RPA solutions that optimize business processes and drive tangible value. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with automation tools and drive meaningful change, through automation. This role reports to the Head of Hyperautomation CoE.Key responsibilities:Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into technical solutionsDesign, development, testing and implementation of automation solutions using RPA toolsCreate and maintain detailed RPA process documentations in adherence to SOPPerform end to end testing, troubleshooting and end user supportSupport change management of existing processesRevise and improve codes of existing solutions based on feedback from userProactively identify areas to improve bot performanceProvide regular and effective progress updates to ensure delivery timelinessJobholder Requirements:Possess a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology or related IT courses.Strong analytical mind and problem-solving skill, able to exercise sound judgment based on strong logic and compelling arguments.Excellent oral/written communication, planning and project management skills.What\xe2\x80\x99s next:Once you\xe2\x80\x99ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
