Job Description

Our client is looking for an RPA Developer to Execute & support RPA process initiatives with team members, relevant stakeholders and process owners.

• Execute & support RPA process initiatives with team members, relevant stakeholders and process owners.

• Provide effective and efficient support to the Head of RPA to ensure the smooth running of the department.

• Ensure that business users interests are reflected within all phases of improvement

• Guide and train RPA team members to ensure knowledge development for smooth RPA implementation within their company\'s RPACOE

• To support their company\'s RPA COE to evaluate, identify and transform business processes via RPA / OCR to achieve cost reductions and synergy & support automation.

• Provide consultative services to their business users on RPA / OCR Implementation when required

• Understand and design solution for different processes used throughout their company in different functions & locations.

• Identifying / leveraging best practices already in use in the RPA / OCR community.

• Designing practical and effective solutions to address improvement opportunities - both cost and performance.

• Responsible for creating & maintaining RPA process documentations as per RPA COE governance process (i.e. process maps, SDD)

• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships

• Be able to influence decisions / actions through provision of value added inputs into the organization\'s business processes.

• Able to write high-quality code & is strong in technical documentation.

• Strong capability in error-handling, optimization and business process management.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple implementation.

• Experience in Agile project management initiatives (preferred)

• Good understanding of OCR, NLP, Machine Learning & AI (preferred)

• Process oriented and able to work under pressure.

• Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia or other local dialects.

• A flexible attitude and the ability to adopt quickly in an ever changing environment.

• Ability to relate to cross-cultural processes and country sensitivities.

• Hands on experience on Power BI will be added advantage

• 5+ years of professional experience in software programming (including scripting/coding), SQL, application development and 2+ years of experience in UiPath platform. Good understanding on UiPath Re-framework is a must.

• Deep understanding of Robotic Process Automation solution and its functionalities.

• Experience with Process Analysis, Design, Coding and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem- Solving, System(s) testing, UAT, debugging and Bug fixes.

• Qualified University Degree holder specializing in IT field (Software Development) or any related field preferred.

• UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer certification is mandatory
