JOB DESCRIPTION: Job Title: RPA Developer Job description: Modelling and developing out robotic processes during the project development stage Updating and maintaining Developer Standards around RPA best practices Mentoring and guiding peers via code reviews, dev sessions and pair-programming Investigating and documenting better practices/alternative solutions that could be used in future development Working directly with users to capture gaps & address them accurately according to process Provide prompt reporting on progress & escalation of issues Documentation of technical design & user guides Deployment of codes as per change management process Post deployment support & level 3 support Min 2 years RPA development Good written & spoken English Strong Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills Ability to adhere to regulations and standards. Key Accountabilities & Outcomes: Accountability: Solution completeness Solution quality control & assurance. Process delivery. To ensure prompt escalation of issues and proper risks mitigations planning to eliminate road blocks during project cycle. Supporting Activities: Solution design based on Bank's & industry best practices Development & implementation of process & templates to meet objective. QA & QC of solution functions based on industry best practices Development & implementation of process & templates to meet objective. Committed to deliver process required under MSS. Identify potential projects risks Plan for risks mitigations /workaround Proper progress tracking, prompt escalations and prioritizations on project activities. Outcome/ deliverables: Ensure deliveries are aligned to user / business requirements. Quality solution delivery at SIT & UAT level. Delivered the assigned processes & achieved KPI. On time project delivery within agreed timeline with business stakeholders. Challenges: Align to existing process & policies without compromising quality Managing diverse, multiple and sometimes conflicting interdependencies between project teams. To meet project timeline without compromising quality. Delivery challenges. To meet project timeline without compromising quality and effective system design. Education: Degree with working experience the required expertise. Experience: At least 2 years' experience with RPA/Ui Path. Certifications/Regulatory Certifications: UI Path Advance Developer Certificate is preferred. Job Specific Skills & Competencies Required: Additional knowledge & expertise in banking processes & process automation preferred.
