One of the major global music companies. Operating as a multinational entertainment and record label conglomerate in America. They are looking for finance talent to join the team, with hybrid working arrangement.

Job Responsibilities

• Recording transactions across various sources.
• Conducting tasks related to fixed asset accounting, such as acquisitions, disposals, write-offs, depreciation, and associated variance analysis.
• Providing assistance with intangible asset accounting, including updating master data, categorizing assets, calculating amortization, and assessing impairments.
• Capturing and allocating costs to project codes, generating project reports, and performing variance analysis for final settlement determination.
• Recording component-level sales and costs, and handling revenue and expense accruals for artist projects.
• Receiving monthly inventory reports from MES and preparing journal entries to value inventory at month-end.
• Generating reports pertaining to fixed assets, product costs, finished goods, and obsolecence.
• Completing reconciliations promptly and accurately.
• Ensuring accurate and timely completion of period-end close activities as per established deadlines.
• Supporting internal and external audit inquiries.
• Possessing keen attention to detail and ensuring meticulous, comprehensive, and error-free deliverables.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in RTR.
• SAP Knowledge will be great.
• Able to work well with the team in a fast paced MNC/SSC environment.
• Prior experience in SSC / International MNC environment will be advantageous.
