Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of the global community for SaaS products (Telegram/WhatsApp, etc.), including communication, answering queries, maintaining order, and engaging with users.
- Guide users in using community bot tools.
- Coordinate with the company\'s in-house products to release update announcements.
- Identify potential sales targets and guide them towards purchasing company products.
- Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in community operations, with a bachelor\'s degree or higher.
- Outgoing personality, a sense of humor, and a strong sense of responsibility. We particularly welcome individuals who excel at managing online groups.
- Experience in Telegram operations, blockchain, B2B product operations, or related fields will be preferred.
- Proficiency in tools such as Photoshop (PS), Premiere (PR), or video editing (such as Adobe Premiere Pro) will be a plus.
