1. Implement OSH system and ensure the site complies with Safety, Health, and Environment legislation. 2. Provide advice, assistance, guidance, and interpretation in all relevant areas of OSH, risk management, and related legislation. 3. To be a member of the Safety & Health Committee in organizing and implementing the Occupational Safety, Health, and Environmental program in workplace. 4. Monitor OSH committee meetings and to ensure compliance with the enforcement. 5. To conduct Safety audits (Fire Safety, OSH, Environmental, and other deemed fit within the fraternity of EHS) and report any hazardous conditions as well as provide proposals or advice for improvement. 6. Collect, report, analyze, and maintain OSH statistics on accidents, occupational poisoning, and disease as well as OSH performance on a monthly basis. 7. Investigate accidents, environmental incidents, near misses, dangerous occurrences, unsafe acts, and conditions and monitor the corrective actions are effective and reports are closed in a timely manner. 8. To monitor, manage, and oversee various safety-related responsibilities not limited to noise level tracking, audiometric yearly test and handling related issues, CHRA, HIRARC, use of machinery, PPE-related matters, and other regulated compliance. 9. To oversee the company hostel in terms of safety, cleanliness, 5\xe2\x80\x9dS\xe2\x80\x9d and compliance. 10. Develop the internal OSH program and ensure all Safety & Health Committee members attend the program and organize OSH-related training. 11. Support authority bodies visit and inspection i.e.: DOSH, DOE, BOMBA, local authority, and customers audit in the site inspection during authority visit. 12. Responsible for regulatory licensing and ensuring renewal is completed within the time frame. 13. Provide support to the emergency procedure to meet the Company\'s needs and emergency response plan.
