Job Description

Implementation of 5S in workplace. Responsible for monthly report/KPI. Support the activities that contribute to the achievement of company's Quality/Safety/Environmental compliance objectives and alignment strategies. Maintain all pertinent and required Quality Management System Certifications (such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000). To ensure all procedure and process are according to requirement set by International Standards (ISO), QC rule and Customer Certification Request. Lead, plan, coordinate and manage QMS, FSMS & ESH Internal Audit until closure of the findings. Lead and support external compliance audit (including outlined scoped support for customer and Certified Body audits). Optimize the Quality Activities/Environmental Awareness to everyone for continuous improvement. Organizing and conduct QMS, FSMS & ESH Management Review Meeting and prepare the management review reports? Responsible on document control protocol, pertaining on quality, safety and environment; registration and distribution of document. Responsible on any core quality, safety and environment system standard that company had already pursued, such as QMS, EMS and OHSAS? Responsible on pursuing new standard system that related to quality, safety and environment, from assessment until certification stage that company desire to obtain. Interface with the legal authorities such as DOSH, DOE, BOMBA and all related government & CB Bodies. Responsible and involvement in every audit, whether internally or externally that related to quality, safety and environment. Perform development and implementation of system procedures, conduct QMS, FSMS & ESH documentation cycle review. Conduct environmental audit and safety walk inspections. Conduct ESH training for all workers. Conduct regular risk assessment, HIRADC and aspect impact. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, customer requirements & management system e.g.: OSHA, EQA, ATOMIC, ISO's, RBA.

Requirement

Degree or certificate in related fields. Registered Safety and Health Officer (SHO) to DOSH - Green Book Holder. At least 5 years related experience. Able to prepare and monitor KPI. Capable to analyse internal and external audit reports. Capable to create, analyse or execute a CAPA report. Able to conduct Process Audits and prepare audit reports. Knowledge of Quality Management System software. Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. A sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on the company's success. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills A good team player and time-management skills. Great interpersonal and communication skill.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
