Job Summary
The Safety & Security Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the overall safety and security of guests, associates, and hotel property. This role supervises daily security operations, monitors compliance with safety regulations, and implements preventive measures to minimize risks. The Safety & Security Supervisor also assists in emergency response, investigates incidents, and provides training to team members to maintain a safe and secure environment in line with hotel standards and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the safety and security team. Monitor hotel premises through patrols and surveillance systems to prevent theft, accidents, and security breaches. Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or guest complaints related to safety and security. Conduct investigations and prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and irregularities. Ensure compliance with local laws, fire codes, health & safety regulations, and hotel policies. Support in fire drills, first aid, and evacuation procedures. Provide guidance and training to associates on safety and security awareness. Liaise with local authorities (police, fire department, etc.) when required. Maintain proper documentation and records related to security operations.
