Job Description

• At least 1-3 years of working experience in Safety & Health, Security Management.
• Candidate must possess at least Certificate or Diploma in studies.
• This role requires a proactive approach to safety and security, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure working environment for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of security personnel, ensuring strict adherence to security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor and guide branches to ensure compliance with safety and health rules, regulations, ISO standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular spot-checks on employees and vehicles before they leave the premises to prevent theft and damage.
• Develop and deliver safety awareness programs and training sessions for all employees.
• Take proactive measures to reduce hazards in the workplace and prevent future incidents or accidents.
• Investigate incidents or accidents, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Perform building perimeter patrols, establish secure entry points, and investigate any suspicious activities.
• Review CCTV footage and other security systems regularly, and document findings in the logbook.
• Respond to emergencies and investigate any abnormal situations that arise, reporting immediately to the immediate superior.
• Conduct orientation and safety and health briefings for new recruits, ensuring they are well-informed of safety protocols and procedures.
• Attend to emergencies, coordinate with relevant authorities, and implement safety and security measures to protect people and property.
• Perform any other duties related to safety, health, and security as assigned from time to time by the management.
