Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update QHSE documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

2. Review company practices aligning with ISO and regulatory requirements.

3. Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits (client, ISO, etc.).

4. Develop and implement QHSE policies in line with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, DOSH, and DOE standards.

5. Lead safety and environmental training, drills, and awareness programs.

6. Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

7. Coordinate ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 compliance and monthly reporting.

8. Manage PPE issuance and maintain records based on HIRARC updates.

9. Work closely with all departments to ensure a safe, compliant, and efficient workplace.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or equivalent.

2. Minimum 2-3 years' experience in QHSE or Safety & Health.

3. Strong knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and audit requirements.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

5. Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

6. Detail-oriented, proactive, and a great team player.

7. Familiar with DOSH and DOE regulations.

8. Experienced in risk assessment, incident investigation, and safety program implementation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
