Liaise with regulatory bodies (DOSH, NIOSH, DOE, BOMBA, MOH, JKJR, etc.) to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
Lead the implementation of safety & health procedures according to the standards and conduct safety audits as necessary.
Identify, investigate and report on incidents & accidents root causes and conduct risk assessment and facilitate training for staff with respect towards all safety issues
Inspect, maintain and ensure the firefighting equipment is in function
Job requirements:
Professional Certificate, Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree (Environment / Health / Safety) or its equivalent.
At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as Safety Officer in a healthcare industry is an added advantage.
