At least 6 months of experience in account review, fraud or risk detection, or a similar role;
Familarity with WeChat and common types of online fraus;
Proficient in reading and understanding complex content in Mandarin;
Detail-oriented, patient, and able to perform well udner pressure in a fast-paced, repetitive work environment.
Willingness to work in shifts or on public holiday is preferred

Handle user complaints related to WeChat account reviews, such as account ban. (This is not a customer service role, no direct interaction with user required)
Review accounts and make decisions based on platform policies and guidelines;
Collaborate with relevant teams to identify process imrpovements, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in appeals handling workflow
