Supervise and coordinate daily safety and security operations to ensure the protection of guests, employees, and hotel property.
Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and investigations to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Lead, train, and schedule security officers, ensuring compliance with hotel policies and local regulations.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns, ensuring proper reporting and follow-up actions.
Manage safety systems and equipment, and coordinate with authorities for drills, audits, and emergency procedures.
Requirements:
Relevant certification in a related field.
Relevant experience in similar role.
Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Alam, Johor.
