Safety Site Supervisor (Solar Project)

Location: Klang Valley (willing to travel to project sites nationwide)

2621, Jalan Jinjang Permai, Jinjang Utara, 52000 Wilayah Persekutuan, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur

Salary Range: RM3,000 - RM5,000 (depending on experience, knowledge & competency)

Job Responsibilities

Oversee and ensure all site activities comply with DOSH and company Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) requirements. Conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings, and enforce safety regulations. Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Supervisors to ensure safe and efficient operations. Prepare safety reports, permit applications, and maintain relevant documentation. Lead incident investigations and propose corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements

Must possess a Yellow Book and be eligible for registration with DOSH (JKKP). Minimum 2 years' experience in construction or solar project sites. Candidates with any of the following certificates will have added advantage: Lifting Supervisor Certificate Scaffolding Inspector Certificate Able to travel for work at outstation sites (nationwide). Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn and grow within the renewable energy industry. Possess good communication and leadership skills.
