Requirements
Education:
Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Experience:
2-5 years in site supervision, construction, or project management, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality projects.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of construction processes, interior fit-out, and project coordination.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.
Leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Other Requirements:
Willingness to travel frequently to project sites.
Hands-on approach with attention to detail and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Site Management
Supervise and monitor construction, renovation, and fit-out works on F&B outlets.
Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to resolve on-site issues promptly.
Planning & Coordination
Assist in planning project schedules, resource allocation, and material delivery.
Communicate project requirements, updates, and changes effectively to all stakeholders.
Ensure all site activities comply with company policies, building codes, and regulatory requirements.
Quality & Safety Compliance
Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment on-site.
Conduct quality checks to maintain standards for materials, workmanship, and installation.
Document site progress, issues, and resolutions for reporting purposes.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports for project progress and budget tracking.
Maintain accurate records of site activities, contractors' performance, and project timelines.
Provide updates to Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager regarding project milestones and potential risks.
