Position: Full Time Sale Advisor
Location: Taman Usahawan Kepong, 52100 Kuala Lumpur
- Acquire new business opportunities
- Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance contracts or suggest additions/changes to existing contracts
- Nurture productive relationships and create lead generation from a variety of sources through networking, cold calling, using referrals, and more
- Assess the needs and financial situation of a business or individual client and propose a protection plan that meets their standards
- Execute sales strategy to secure competitor business in key and key customer portfolio
- Conduct customer visits, meetings and participate in sales events
- Assess client needs and prepare proposals to secure new business opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Always provide customer-centric services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain bookkeeping systems, databases and records
- Continuously update working knowledge and learn about new products and services
- Meet all company\xe2\x80\x99s policy requirements
- Able to use the company\xe2\x80\x99s CRM software
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM or equivalent
- No experience needed, fresh graduate is welcomed
- Without proof of income
- 18 \xe2\x80\x93 45 years old
