Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts for company IT solutions and services business (networking, cloud, cybersecurity, ELV, IT managed services) as outlined on the Company website. Generate new business opportunities by identifying, prospecting, negotiating and closing solutions sales with new clients, particularly in target segments such as enterprise, manufacturing, education, healthcare, government, logistics. Maintain and deepen relationships with existing key accounts, acting as trusted advisor to understand their business challenges and propose Company integrated IT solutions (infrastructure, cloud migration, security, AV, AIDC). Develop account plans with defined objectives, strategies and action-plans to grow share of wallet, cross-sell company product suite of services and achieve revenue, margin and retention targets. Collaborate with internal technical teams (presales, engineering, project delivery, operations) to ensure customer requirements are translated into workable solutions, proposals are technically viable, and customer expectations are met or exceeded. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposal documents, quotations, contract negotiations and tender responses as required. Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through proposal, negotiation to closure. Record and maintain pipeline, forecasts and sales activity in CRM or designated system; report progress, risks and opportunities to management. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive offerings, vendor-partner developments, and technology shifts (e.g., cloud, cybersecurity, ELV systems, AIDC) to keep company offerings relevant and differentiated. Represent company at industry-relevant events, trade shows, vendor partner meetings and customer visits to build brand awareness and generate leads. Work with marketing, vendor partners and business development to design campaigns, promotions and joint-go-to-market initiatives to support sales growth. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures around pricing, contract terms, credit checks, partner channel usage, and customer service escalation.
Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum of 3-5 years (or appropriate seniority) of sales or account management experience in IT solutions, system integration, managed services or related technology services environment. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key customer accounts. Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills; comfortable dealing with technical and non-technical stakeholders including senior management. Good understanding of IT infrastructure solutions (networking, cloud, cybersecurity, ELV, AIDC) and the ability to articulate business value of technology solutions. Strong business acumen, ability to craft and implement account growth strategies, and maintain pipeline discipline. Self-motivated, result-oriented, good team player, able to coordinate across multiple internal functions and deal with a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and sales forecasting/reporting. Willingness to travel within Malaysia (and possibly regionally) for customer meetings, vendor events and project kick-offs.

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,200.00 per month
