Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Manage existing customer accounts and build strong, long-term client relationships.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the enterprise and SME segments.
Present and promote IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions to clients.
Collaborate with vendors, distributors, and internal technical teams to design suitable solutions and proposals.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents in accordance with client requirements.
Conduct regular follow-ups on project progress, delivery status, and post-sales support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify improvement areas.
Participate in marketing campaigns, trade exhibitions, and product seminars to enhance brand visibility.
Ensure timely payment collection and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in IT sales, account management, or system integration business.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure solutions (servers, networking, storage, virtualization, cloud, or cybersecurity).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Possess own transport and willing to travel locally or regionally.
