• Proven track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Malaysian market.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and account management principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is a plus (Mandarin).
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

• Spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to penetrate and expand our market share in Malaysia.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish relationships with prospective clients, and secure new accounts.
• Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to optimize sales efforts and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse data, and generate reports to assess progress against goals and inform strategic decision-making.
• Build and provide guidance, training, and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
