Job Description


  • Fluent & conversant in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Conversant in Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Able to travel outstation.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work extra hours when necessary.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
  • Determines annual sales promotion plans.
  • Implementation of sales plans, promotion, new products; supervising sales executives in charge of the stores on sales plan.
  • Establishes target budget for customer account.
  • Implements national sales programs.
  • Responsible for the marketing of company brands to B2B or B2C.
  • Grow sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, and competitors.
  • Maintains sales staff by recruiting, selecting and training of sales force.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge, establishing networks with customers.
  • Manage collections of accounts.
  • Contributes to sales team effort.
