Job Description

1. Sales & Business Development



Develop new business opportunities with resellers, system integrator, and end-user clients. Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives within the IT distribution portfolio. Promote and sell IT products such as servers, networking, storage, software, and peripherals. Identify and pursue new market segments and potential partners.

2. Account Management



Manage and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and channel partners. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement. Provide clients with timely quotations, proposals, and follow-ups on project opportunities. Resolve customer issues, including pricing, delivery, and after-sales support.

3. Sales Strategy & Coordination



Work closely with vendors and internal product managers to plan promotions and product launches. Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to deliver effective sales campaigns. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and product penetration.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting



Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay competitive. Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to management. Prepare periodic sales reports and business reviews for management and vendors.

5. Customer Support & Relationship Building



Conduct regular client visits to strengthen relationships and identify new sales opportunities. Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and technical consultations as needed. Ensure excellent service delivery and maintain professional communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements:



Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum

3-5 years

of experience in IT sales, preferably in distribution or channel sales. Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and technologies (e.g. networking, servers, software licensing, or cloud solutions). Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
