Job Vacancy Project Manager Shah Alam Seksyen 22 Responsibilities: 1.Process customer requests/orders in a courteous, efficient, accurate, and timely manner. 2.Manage and coordinate projects between customers, designers, production departments and sales associates. 3.Enter all required information into the computerized system to create customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare documents and correspondence as needed. 4.Contact clients to follow up on quotes and obtain feedback. 5.Prepare all assigned reports and correspondence accurately and on time. 6.Address and resolve customer inquiries, problems, and complaints regarding products, services, billing, etc. and facilitate satisfactory resolution. 7.Must willing to work overtime for monitor onsite installation job progress. 8.Provide support to the sales team. 9.Complete special projects as assigned. Qualifications: 1.Minimum 3 year experience in sales, print project management. 2.Experience in the print and/or graphic arts industry is a plus. 3.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. 5.Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative to solve problems and influence change. 6.Good sense of design and color. 7.Demonstrate excellent organization and time management skills. 8.Ability to work independently or in a team and achieve hard deadlines. 9.Excellent interpersonal skills, positive and upbeat attitude.
