Sales Admin Assistant Job Summary



We are looking for Sales Admin Assistant who have positive and professional work attitude

Responsibilities :



1. Execute sales invoicing, official receipt, license and permit renewal

2. Process sales order, entering data, debit and credit note.

3. Handling sales inquiry and claims

4. Carry out bank statement checking and listing

5. Perform general administrative support, documentations and filings

Job Requirements :



1. Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma or other relevant professional certification

2. Proficient with Microsoft Office Package

3. Prior experience in automotive industry will be a bonus. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
