Job Description

The GBR Group and KITSUI seeks an exceptionally detail-oriented and analytical Sales Admin Assistant to provide critical support to our Sales & Marketing. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless, accurate, and efficient execution of all sales operations pertaining to our major retail partners, directly contributing to the growth and market presence of the GBR Group.

Order Management and Logistics Coordination



Manage the full sales order lifecycle, from processing purchase orders to coordinating invoicing with the Finance Department and liaising with Logistics for scheduled, on-time delivery. Administer the creation, submission, and validation of all product listings, pricing matrices, and promotional specifications required by key retail chains. Support in the deployment of trade marketing activities, ensuring the accurate and timely distribution of promotional assets.

Data Integrity and Business Intelligence



Generate and disseminate accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports, dashboards, and detailed business review documents for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure the rigorous integrity of data within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and internal ERP systems, meticulously updating product codes, pricing, and retailer contact databases. Establish and maintain a robust centralized filing system for all official retailer contracts, trade agreements, and compliance documentation, guaranteeing audit readiness.

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management



Serve as the primary administrative, resolving operational discrepancies and aligning priorities between the Sales team and support departments (Finance, Logistics, and Marketing). Compile comprehensive data analysis, insightful reports, and professional presentation materials to support the RKAMs during critical retailer negotiation and performance review meetings.

Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 1-3 years of professional experience in Sales Administration, Sales Operations, or Key Account support (exposure to FMCG or Retail accounts is highly preferred). Advanced competency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and working knowledge of CRM/ERP environments. Demonstrated excellence in organization, meticulous attention to detail, strong problem-solving capacity, and professional communication skills.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
