Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



1. Sales & Tender Support



Prepare pricing simulations for direct and indirect sales projects, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. Participate in government tenders via e-Perolehan (EP), including preparation of tender specifications based on customer requirements. Follow up on tender status with dealers and provide timely updates to the Superior. Attend meetings with dealers and their customers when related to Principal (Kyocera) matters. Assist Sales team with product configuration, leasing process application, and general sales support. Apply for MyHijau Green Certification for KYOCERA products when required.

2. Sales Administration & Documentation



Regularly check and update the status of new customer agreements in the system. Ensure all leasing agreements with customers are in order and that all related documentation is properly completed and filed. Respond to and manage customer enquiries professionally and within a timely manner. Maintain and manage customer records, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Internal Coordination & Reporting



Liaise with internal departments to update and maintain company policies and procedures relevant to sales and administration. Coordinate with Regional Headquarters (RHQ) / Headquarters (HQ) to update necessary information within the given deadlines.

4. Customer Relationship Management



Maintain good relationships with customers by advising them on company services and providing product and pricing information as needed.

5. Other Responsibilities



Perform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior or company management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a related discipline Experience in after sales service is an added advantage Strong organizational skills, able to stay focus and pay attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
