Responsibilities
As a Sales Admin Executive, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to our sales managers and professionals. This position offers a unique opportunity to enhance your liaison, coordination, and organizational skills while contributing directly to the efficiency and success of our sales operations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Administrative Correspondence and Documentation: Draft professional administrative correspondence and detailed minutes to ensure clear and effective communication across teams.
  • Deadline Management: Propose, monitor, and meticulously track critical deadlines and follow-up dates to maintain project momentum and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Meeting and Travel Coordination: Skillfully screen meeting requests, schedule and organize meetings, and manage travel arrangements, optimizing the use of resources and time.
  • Budget and Contract Support: Assist in the preparation of budgets, monitor expenditures, draft contracts, and manage purchasing or acquisition orders, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Cross-Department Liaison: Serve as a key liaison with other staff members, addressing a variety of matters related to the organization's operations and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Business Communication: Compose and respond to business or technical letters and other correspondence, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and clarity.
  • Verbatim Reporting: Prepare accurate verbatim reports of proceedings in legislative assemblies, courts of law, or other venues, utilizing shorthand or specialized office equipment to capture detailed records.
