To monitor, process, and arrange delivery for incoming customer order.
To prepare documents such as Quotations, Stock Replenishment Form, etc, if any.
To communicate and follow up with customers on their order(s).
To prepare Sales Order and to ensure all the required information is clearly stated on the Sales Order.
To monitor and prepare reports Outstanding Order On Hand.
To coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.
To monitor customers' payment status.
Any other ad-hoc assignments.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistic Management or equivalent.
Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply.
A committed team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
