  • Diploma/Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/ Management/Marketing or equivalent
  • Property/Real Estate background is added advantage
  • Ability to speak in Mandarin is added advantage
  • Pleasant personality
  • Attention to detail and good with numbers
  • Able to multi-task, well organized, excellent in time management with good follow up skill
Tanggungjawab
  • Responsible for the overall sales administration functions for all projects
  • Calculate and process agents' claims and sales commissions accurately in accordance with the company's policies and timelines.
  • Ensure up to date and accurate information posted in the ERP system.
  • Ensure relevant records for projects handled by executive are properly kept.
  • Ensure all enquiries, correspondences, and complaints are attended timely and satisfactorily.
  • Data entries: new agents' data, sales data, generate billing, payment receipt and monthly reports
  • Assist in coordinating event logistics for project launches, roadshows, and promotional campaigns.
  • Visit event sites for set-up preparation.
  • Liaise with vendors for purchase and delivery of merchandise, mineral water, t-shirts and marketing materials (brochures, flyers etc).
  • Coordinate printing and installation of buntings, banners, and other collaterals.
  • Provide on-site support during marketing events, including registration, ushering, and replenishment of materials.
  • Such other scope as may be determined by the Employer from time to time.
