Responsibilities
Answer all incoming calls and receptionist\'s duties.
To handle arrangement/documentation and all matters related to Sales Administration functions.
To handle quotation/billing/collection/delivery, correspondence and follow up with customers.
Maintain proper filing system of all documentations.
Assist in updating record and prepare to management.
Undertake assignments and special tasks, ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
Able to work independently and multitask.
Willing to learn and take order.
