Job Description


  • Able to communicate with customer in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
  • Fresh graduate is welcomed.
  • Can speak in English, B.Malaysia and Mandarin
  • No specific education required.
Responsibilities
  • Answer all incoming calls and receptionist\'s duties.
  • To handle arrangement/documentation and all matters related to Sales Administration functions.
  • To handle quotation/billing/collection/delivery, correspondence and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain proper filing system of all documentations.
  • Assist in updating record and prepare to management.
  • Undertake assignments and special tasks, ad hoc duties assigned from time to time.
  • Able to work independently and multitask.
  • Willing to learn and take order.
