Job Scope: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assists salesperson on document preparation , \xe2\x80\xa2 Support sales person in sales order, ensure smooth order processing to timely and accurate delivery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Answer and follow up on all phone call and walk in customer enquiries \xe2\x80\xa2 Update and manage customer database and documentation \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting sales team data; establishing entry priorities \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform data entry, prepare Quotation, invoice & DO \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiar with CRM or other software will be advantage and value added \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate delivery arrangement \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform and undertake any other ad-hoc duties or task ad and when required by the management Job Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good written & verbal communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin will be added advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate and numerate \xe2\x80\xa2 Aggressive, fast learner and able to work independently \xe2\x80\xa2 Focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and possess the ability to interact with all levels \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work under pressure Aged below 40
