Job Description


  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone, or in-person.
  • Prepare and organize contracts, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the Sheet & Powerpoint.
  • Manage calendars for sales professionals, schedule appointments, meetings, and presentations.
  • Send reminders and follow-up communications as needed.
  • Enter and update client information, project details, and sales data in the system.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and outcomes.
  • Assist in preparing materials for presentations, meetings, and sales events.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
  • Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and managing office supplies.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative functions.
