Job Responsibilities Support the back end of the Sales function Sales Reporting To generate sales performance reports, managing administrative programs and management reports Sales reporting update - Daily and Monthly Sales update - channel, segment, salesman, ecomm platform To provide accurate sales performance reports, managing administrative programs and management reports Constructure daily hygiene check between the internal and external system to match the daily sell out/in numbers Masterdata check and ensure correct mapping being conducted on a daily basis Be the sales representative to work closely with regional and IT Team to ensure Sell in/out reporting is coordinated with the internal database Champion in DMS system INCENTIVE COMPILATION And COORDINATION Tabulation of sales target and incentive tracking for total sales team and key customers. To check, compile and actualized the sales incentive Coordinate to obtain approval from the Finance Director and General Manager Sales Team Coordination To ensure all documents, planning materials, processes and operations are documented for all auditing purpose Compile the GT physical stock balance/check in warehouse vs PD system database PD incentive communication - to compile and properly kept in the folders Assist to raise PR and PO for sales team Assist sales team to key in ETRA and ESVO accrual into the system Receive and correctly route incoming and outgoing telephone calls. Take and distribute messages. Organized and Support Internal Activities Co-ordinate flight schedule and hotel bookings for all sales team Lead in coordinating Sales Conference, activities and other sales supporting events Provide administrative support to General Manager Compile, key in and submit the relevant claims into the system Assist in any key activity needed for the organization Your Team Line reporting: Sales Director Skills And Experience Educational background:- Min. Diploma in Business Administration, Management or relevant study is required. Experience:- Min. 5 years FMCG/ retails industry sales administrative role. Functional/ Technical skills:- Proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, and Power Point and advanced in excel reporting Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Character: discipline, self motivated, independent, proactive Good to have: Familiar with SAP Education Bachelors in Business Administration or Economics
