Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual looking for a rewarding career in sales administration Our client, a well-established chemicals distribution company, is actively seeking a talented and dedicated Sales Administrator to join their team. Industry: Trading/Distribution Office (Chemical Products) Working Hours: Monday to Friday Location: Taman Molek, Johor Bahru s: As a contact window between internal dept and customers. Attend to customer inquiries related to purchase, delivery, materials transfer, complaint and etc. Process and convert Sales Order into system upon receiving order from customers. Prepare documents - DO, Inv, Quotation, CN, Collection Advice. Assist and coordinate with Sales Team for matters related to customer\'s orders and arrangement. Prepare monthly reports. Maintain proper filing of records. Requirements: Min. 1 years of relevant working experience in customer service/sales support function or relevant. Min. Diploma education level or above. Required language - English, Bahasa Malaysia.
