Sales Administrator.

Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual looking for a rewarding career in sales administration? Our client, a well-established chemicals distribution company, is actively seeking a talented and dedicated Sales Administrator to join their team.

Industry: Trading/Distribution Office (Chemical Products)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Location: Taman Molek, Johor Bahru

s:

  • As a contact window between internal dept and customers.
  • Attend to customer inquiries related to purchase, delivery, materials transfer, complaint and etc.
  • Process and convert Sales Order into system upon receiving order from customers.
  • Prepare documents - DO, Inv, Quotation, CN, Collection Advice.
  • Assist and coordinate with Sales Team for matters related to customer\'s orders and arrangement.
  • Prepare monthly reports.
  • Maintain proper filing of records.
Requirements:
  • Min. 1 years of relevant working experience in customer service/sales support function or relevant.
  • Min. Diploma education level or above.
  • Required language - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (Verbal/Written).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
