Job Scope \xe2\x80\xa2 Study and familiarize with company background, products and services provided, and the unique selling points of the products and services. \xe2\x80\xa2 Responding to incoming email and phone enquiry from clients \xe2\x80\xa2 Contacting customer by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of costing and product information packs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of quotation after sourcing and analysis according to the needs of the clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow-up with client\xe2\x80\x99s response and feedback on company\xe2\x80\x99s commercial proposal, amend and response to client expectation variance upon discussion with Business Development Manager or Business Development Executive. \xe2\x80\xa2 Receiving and processing purchase order. \xe2\x80\xa2 Verifying order including customer\xe2\x80\x99s information and payment details. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparation of work order and issue to operation team & closely follow up progress with operation team for smooth delivery. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure all sales transaction & amendment is captured and invoiced accordingly without error. \xe2\x80\xa2 Compiling and preparing reports for Finance & Management review on monthly basis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with Sales Executive/Business Development Executive to create more efficient methods and maintain profitability. \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure the day-to-day operations are conducted in compliance with the standard operating procedure, policies, guidelines and instructions to ensure maximum efficiency and excellent service delivery. \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other duties assigned by superior or Management. Qualification Required \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent. \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Prefer with good experience in Sales & Business Development \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in mathematics and calculation and able to work under minimal supervision \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive attitude and willing to learn \xe2\x80\xa2 Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Words, & Powerpoint) \xe2\x80\xa2 Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
