• Respond to customer inquiries: Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries through various social media platforms. Provide timely and accurate responses to address their questions, concerns, and requests.
• Social media management: Collaborate with senior associate to plan, execute and manage social media content across all available platforms. Create engaging and informative posts to promote our products/services, attract new customers, and enhance brand awareness.
• Administrative support: Perform a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. This includes managing correspondence, maintaining database, organizing files and coordinating schedules.
