Job Description


Role Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all updated processes & procedures from PS HR, PS Risk & Compliance, and PS Finance.
  • MO maker to review AIP duplicate release status & remarks by TL before sending email for release duplicate
  • Pull of SSM as per sales request
  • To onboard in ICDD system & approve MO checker check accuracy before submitting for approval for rating A & B
  • Update Error tracker
  • To ensure accuracy in AIP/CRES/ICDD/eOps
  • Adhere to AIP input within 3 working days.
  • Pre-vet submission case by MO maker before flow to eOps.if there\xe2\x80\x99s KIV, email will be sent out to sales & TL
  • Once all cases are completed, cases will be scaned into eOps & input CRES
  • Cases will be picked up by MO Checker to validate documents in eOps, CRES accuracy & ICM system before flow to credit
  • MO checker approved ICDD for rating A & B & close alert false match
  • To ensure LI acceptance & amended LI scan & uploaded in eOps, original LI & accepted LI send to GBS in within timeline given by dispatch
  • To ensure referral registration form are sent by dispatch within timeline given
  • To pull SSM from CTOS system & CCRIS from CBMS as per sales requirement
  • To ensure all Team Leader/Sales staffs having a proper understanding submission documentation & process with standard compliance that required for audit purpose tracking using team site and updates at all time
  • Provide advice & recommendations to Sales team on any matters regarding system, documentation & processes
  • Make sure AIP files reconciliation before 90 days from date of input AIP
  • To compile daily/weekly/monthly reporting for mortgage
  • To assist in UAT testing
  • Assisting Asst Manager, Sales Support on admin affair.
Risk Management
  • Ensure a full understanding of the risk and control environment in area of responsibility
Regulatory & Business Conduct
  • Ensure Compliance with regulatory requirements pertaining to:
  • Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Group policy & Standards
  • Local Laws and Regulations
  • Bank\xe2\x80\x99s Code of Conduct
  • Customer Data Confidentiality
  • Money Laundering
  • Customer Due Diligence
  • Exercise due care and diligence on matters related to Money Laundering in the day-to-day operations, which include account opening and reviews, transaction monitoring, reporting suspicions, customer communication, implementing new requirements, supporting changes in the operating procedures, acquire relevant knowledge and training and providing support to superior and subordinates.
