As the Sales and Application Manager, you will be responsible for formulating and executing effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives, expanding the company's market presence, and strengthening client engagement within the waterworks sector. The role will be based in Puchong, Selangor
The Sales and Application Manager will be responsible to:
Design and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth and achieve performance targets.
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets and emerging client segments.
Build, maintain, and grow relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
Prepare, customize, and deliver compelling sales presentations, commercial proposals, and tenders.
Lead contract negotiations and successfully close high-value sales deals, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Oversee the execution of awarded projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and client satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
Analyze sales performance data and provide accurate forecasts, reports, and insights to senior management
The Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechatronic).
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development in engineering, preferably from the waterworks or project sales.
Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas
