Job Responsibilities: -Assist in Social Media copywriting, content updates posting, follow up and customs management. -Liaise and follow up with potential customers on incoming product enquiry, offers and promotions online. -Manage and handle customer orders online, on processing orders and deliveries arrangement in an efficient and timely manner. -Work closely with team leaders to improve the company online promotional campaign and social media marketing campaign. -Build relationships and engagement with potential customers through online channels. -Brainstorm, research and plan for upcoming online sales & marketing strategies with the team. -Collaborate with the director and partners, to establish sales and marketing goals for online campaigns, and develop new market segments. -Provide timely and accurate sales and marketing reports from time to time. To compile, analyze and present the report, suggestion for area improvement in overall sales and marketing performance. Job Requirements: -Proficient in English and Chinese (mainly liaising with clients in CN language) -Experience as a Customer Service or in a related field. -Proficiency with required desktop copywriting and ad publisher tools, including WhatsApp -Business, Google Doc, Google Sheet and Facebook Ads Manager -Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. -Applicants must be able to travel to work in the office at Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya.
