  • Proven experience in sales and event management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong sales acumen and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.

Tanggungjawab

Sales Management:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting, lead generation, and market analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to clients.
Event Management:
  • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, such as conferences, meetings, weddings, and parties.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences.
  • Select and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure the successful execution of events.
  • Create detailed event timelines, budgets, and project plans.
  • Ensure all logistical aspects of events, including setup, catering, audiovisual, and transportation, run smoothly.
  • Manage event staff and volunteers, ensuring everyone is well-prepared and organized.
Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales and event coordinators.
  • Set performance goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure successful sales and event operations.
