Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage customers.
Interest in motorcycles and knowledge of motorcycle products and accessories.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Computer skills and sales software.
Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
Responsibilities
Important Responsibilities and Duties
Customer Service: Greet customers entering the showroom, understand their needs and preferences, and provide knowledgeable assistance by introducing them to a variety of motorcycles, parts and accessories.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team in managing the sales process from greeting customers to closing the sale. Assist with paperwork, financing options and explain product features.
Inventory Management: Track inventory levels, organize showrooms, and ensure all motorcycles and accessories on display are in excellent condition. Assist in ordering new stock and managing inventory records.
Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest motorcycles, parts and accessories. Attend product training and participate in product demonstrations to improve product knowledge.
Showroom Maintenance: Keep the showroom clean, organized and attractive. Organize displays to attract customers and provide a pleasant shopping experience.
Administrative Duties: Perform administrative duties, including answering telephones, managing client appointments, and handling documentation and sales transactions.
Customer Follow-up: Assists in following up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
Feedback Collection: Collect and communicate customer feedback to sales and management teams to improve products, services and customer satisfaction.
