Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food manufacturing or health product industry.
Strong understanding of OEM and ODM business models.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Tanggungjawab Sales Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the health products market.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, including OEM and ODM partners.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Marketing Strategy:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.
Develop content for promotional materials, such as brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Coordinate with design and production teams for the creation of marketing materials.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
